I'm kinda new to this modding stuff but for the "Unofficial Skyrim Patch" mod, does that block you from getting achievements because there's a butt ton of bugs (It's Bethesda(duh)). Do they make an exception for certain mods or is it just every single mod no matter what? I've been wanting to ask this for a while, Don't be mad at my ignorance please
