Some achievements register just fine but others are messed up.

I earned "The Whole Gangs Here" (recruit all companions) after recruiting ED-E, Rex, Boone, Veronica, Cass, Raul and Arcade. I never even met Lily and it gave me the achievement.

I earned "Ol Buddy Ol Pal" (recruit any companion) after getting my second companion.

I supposedly earned "Master of the Mojave" (discover 125 locations) after discovering just 75 locations. Further still this achievement didnt properly unlock. As of right now ive discovered well over 160 locations and still havnt properly unlocked this.

Barely any of them register. I have about 4 achievements when I should have 12. I think it's safe to assume that lots of people have this glitch. However, I believe that this is probably the Steam Achievements that are not working. They usually never work when a game comes out on Steam until later.

Apparently using the console also stops them "for that session".

Well can you duplicate it? If you can't post the steps to duplicate said bug then don't even bother posting about it. Seriously, that's like saying OP is a FAYGGOT (which is probably true but I don't have proof). If you have a bug and you can't duplicate it then you are sheeeeeit out of luck and shouldn't even bother posting about it

Shouldnt you be playing Call of Duty or Halo on your Xbox with the rest of the squeakers, kid? Achievements are bugged and are not registering properly. As I said in what you quoted discovering 75 locations adds the 125 location ach. to your Steam profile however it is not properly unlocked and still dimmed out. I guess reading comprehension isnt one of your strong points.
