Hello! Is there a known bug or something for achievements? I'm level 24 but haven't gotten the achievement for hitting level 20, I've also discovered 76 locations but don't have the achievement for discovering 50. Little disturbed as I'm getting a touch towards the endgame on hardcoe and don't want to miss the achievement for that.

You're on PC and use console commands? Doing that will disable you getting any achievements until you restart the game.
All achievement progress made between using a console command and restarting the game will not be counted either.
