Achievements for PC linked with XBox Live?

Fallout 3's achievements were linked with XBox Live. I was wondering if New Vegas would share that same feature. Does anyone know?

New Vegas done via Steam and as far as I know the Steam Achievement system is not linked in any way to the microsoft Live (Xbox & GFWL) systems.

Games for Windows Live (hence Xbox Live) has no connection to the game for the PC. At all.

The Live service is only used for the Xbox 360 Platform.

Well Fallout 3 just said Games for Windows and still the achievements carried over through Windows Live.

I'm fairly sure Fallout 3 had a Live tag somewhere. As the others have said, New Vegas is not a GFWL game, so it's achievements won't be linked with Xbox Live.

Fallout 3 was a Games for Windows Live title.

The Live part is smaller and easy to over look. Scroll to the bottom of this page to see it

Games for Windows just means it plays on a Windows Platform and uses the Xbox 360 controller. It has nothing to with the Live online service.
