I've been wondering if it's possible to find schematics/recipes or be taught ways of making things that you can get from Perks. I know you can be taught certain recipes, like the Wasteland Omelet, but what about the recipes and schmetics you can get from selecting certain perks?

I learned how to make .44 handload from a guy in North Vegas, so I'm guessing it is possible since you can get that from the Handloader perk, but what I'm interested in getting is the Nuka-Cola recipes. Is there any way to get those without taking the Nuka Chemist perk?

I don't need to know exactly how to get them, just would like to know if it's a for sure.

Dangit... too bad, was really hoping. Gillyman, I know it's a perk but was really hoping I could get those recipes without the perk. Oh well, with me next character than. Just gonna have to do my best in acquiring those delicious irradiated Nuka-Colas.
