I have completely maxed out action boy perk and I think I ran into a bug with it, I was getting 6 to 9 clicks through vats which is normal when your near level 50, but I loaded my game like many times before and....bam now I am only getting 4 to 5 clicks or targets in vats something happened and yes I no theres a lot bugs that remain unfixed....im at a loss?
