Akin to the Half Life recharging Flashlight, Action Point Powered PipBoy Light adds what is essentially a timer to your Pip Boy Light using Action Points as its "Power Source".

After installation and upon loading, when you switch your PipBoy Light on, your Action Points will begin to drain. When they are fully depleted, your PipBoy Light will switch off and your Action Points will begin to restore (in the normal fashion).
Should the current Action Point depletion and restoration rate not be to your liking, holding down the "P" key for a short while will bring up a menu to customise their values:
AP Restore Rate - Default: 4.00
The speed at which Action Points are restored. An original game setting. Other mods may change this, but this mod grabs whatever it's currently set to.
AP Deplete Rate - Default: 1.00
The speed at which Action Points are depleted. A setting unique to this mod.
It should be noted that a little experimentation may be required, as it is possible that a depletion rate could be set that is negated by the restoration rate (ie. it restores faster than it is depleting). So, I'd like to invite players to share their recommended values in the Comments section of this mod at www.fallout3nexus.com
I'll start, and as can be seen in the screenshot, I'm using:
AP Restore Rate: 6.00
AP Deplete Rate: 0.80
