Activation screen appears everytime I start the game : Crysis

Installed the game but every time I got to start it I only get the activations prompt. I have activated but no game start. Tried restart, running from disc and install folder. Updated drivers using DXDIAG for 32 and 64 bit. Anyone got any ideas?
Hardware: Core i7 2630M Quad core 2.0GHz, G force GT 540M 1GB. Pixel shader 5.0 DX 11

go start up multiplayer, fill in your code, then at that same screen click singleplayer, after that go back to multiplayer fill in your code again and then it must be fixed altho its fixed here

I only have the option to start the game. There is no single and multiplayer so there is only the activation screen when started...but then no game starts.
