Last time I played Fallout 3 , it was on the winXP 64bit OS. I had this bug too but I forget how I solved it. Now I have just re-installed on win7 64bit.

While playing I get an Active Movie Window CTD. I have never had this with Morrowind or Oblivion, only with Fallout 3. I searched google and found some articles about it but not related to Fallout except for one; someone said that they had heard that this active movie window only pops up when the radio is on. After 8-9 CTDs I finally was able to turn off the radio and move to a different area.

It seems to have stopped however I really would like to listen to the radio when travelling. Any solutions out there? Has anybody ever heard of this before?
