Have a service rifle with a barrel mod. Using a repair kit on it actually damages the weapon instead of repairing it. repair skill is 60 is that matters.

Should be an easier bug to find and fix than hiring an army of software engineers to fix the game engine. makes me think they want us all to buy xboxes and relegate PCs to work and email.
