Is there an actual release date announced for consoles yet? I can't seem to find one.

This morning I was sent this from Amazon:

Usually they only send out these notices when there is a solid release date for a given item.

i can tell you why they do that... Is because they want a more bug free game into the consoles. So players that will play it on PC, will help them till June, to make a more bug free version of it.

Yeah that's what I figured.

I was just wondering if they have an announced an actual release date yet other than "Probably June." That not really a release date, it's a loose estimation.

Is is it June 1st? June 30th?

I think if you watch the cinematic trailers, says when... I think i watch it somewhere, I will search it again and give you the link.

I recall reading in PC gamer a while back that if a release date is the end of the month or First of the month, it's normally just a placeholder date. Guess we'll see

My guess it that they release it as soon as its done and they also have to wait for Sony and MS verification of clients.

Setting an release date and it had to be well after the verification date.

An zero day patch would not help as it also have to be verifired.

My guess will be they announce it when pc releases. The console will have a much better polished version then the pc users will first get.
