Protip: I have 10 skills slotted. And with a proper keyboard / mouse you can make a macro to weapon swap use skill weapon swap again back to primary bar in one button click.

I wish there were less topics like this where people ask for the game to change at its core , and more topics on actually how to fix and improve existing mechanics or adding more features in the future. Voted No.
