It is asking which of the three would you prefer, mods that give those who choose access to them, a permanent UI or Neither. really quite simples

If it was really that "simples" why did the edit it?

"Should mods be allowed?" is not an answer it's a question. You should rephrase it "Mods should be allowed" if you want people to see it as an option. Learn to poll.

There isn't really an option for me.

I'd pick "Mods should be allowed but only ones that do not give you a "leg up" in any way against another player (IE ones that show you their cooldowns, what attack they are using, what they are vulnerable to etc etc.)
