Am I just being impatient, or did you not find any of my suggestions for graphical mods acceptable? =(
I've added the Better Book Jackets along with their Bloodmoon and Tribunal versions. Thanks for that. ^_^
The other mod though I'm still debating putting up or not. As it does lead to numerous other mods that'd be putting up a list. Next thing ya know other peoples lists are being put up and some newcomer that arrives to check it out will be overwhelmed.
Going to give my feedback example by example. Please forgive anything that may come off as rude, I'm just putting a critical eye to your selections.
=>Westly's Dwemer Ruins
-I am a huge fan of Westly's work on heads, but I submit http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=5688 as the superior retexture of Dwemer Ruins. Darknut is legendary when it comes to translating the grit of the vanilla game into high-resolution textures. I find Westly's textures to be a bit too soft to truly represent the Dwemeri architecture. Once again, Westly is a fantastic modder with a fantastic talent, but in my opinion his Dwemer textures are outdone by Darknut's.
=>Unique Imperial Textures
-Consistency is important for immersion, especially in something like architecture, and especially when the textures used in UIT are not consistent in texture resolution/quality. This pack DOES include what I hold to be the best rendition of imperial forts, however: Darker Morrowind's forts are fantastic, though it is difficult to "recommend" them as one would have to extract only them from the pack. To me, it's well worth the effort, but it makes them hard to put in a list like this.
=>Shacky Shacks(!)
-Wyrm is awesome and I love their work, though in terms of their shack textures, I've always stuck with the default textures out of the Visual Pack XT. They might still be worth listing, Wyrm did a great job on them.
=>White Suran
-While once a fantastic addition to morrowind, the textures included in White Suran are sub-par by today's standards. They are blurry/low res and don't fit very well with any of the current textures, particularly the Visual Packs.
=>Unique Heads Balmora
-Never played with it.
=>Correct UV rocks/trees
-Excellent suggestions, they should definitely be included in this list.
=>Bitter Coast Sounds
-Not graphics related. Obviously a fine mod, but not really within the scope of this list.
=>Starfire NPCs
-Not really within the scope of this list
=>Book Jackets
-Really awesome, great suggestion.
=>Book Rotate
-Not really within the scope of this list
=>Key replacer
-Yeah, alright.
=>LGNPC
-Not within the scope of this list.
My response example by example. =p

Westly's Dwemer RuinsAfter checking them both out I do agree you on Darknut's version. Westly does a good job but it seems his looks more formal. As though the dwemer ruins now contain a sense of elegance about them. Darknut's did a good job at maintaining the gritty, rust, iron theme the Dwemer had.
=>
Unique Imperial TexturesThis'll require more looking into.
=>
Shacky Shacks(!)Little re-texture never hurt anyone. On the plus side as many other re-textures do this one contains pictures to show what it looks like. So hopefully those looking to upgrade their graphics will take a look and decide for themselves if they wish for it to be added or not.
=>
White SuranHave to agree with you on this one. If someone was looking to make Morrowind vibrant then yeah go for it. But alas this topic is just for upgrading what is already here while maintaining the classic theme of Morrowind
=>
Unique Heads BalmoraSame. Never even heard of it nor does it provide pictures which is essential for a graphics mod. Maybe in the future if more light is shed up on this it'll be looked into.
=>
Correct UV rocks/treesI can't believe I forgot these... :facepalm:
=>
Bitter Coast SoundsWhile I do agree this is a good mood, it has to do more with atmosphere and immersion. That I'll leave up to the player. I'm just here to make this game look good. =p
=>
Starfire NPCsAgain agree. Have tried out NPC addition mods in the past this does look nice but you suffer a performance hit as a result. Also this is in a sense a more atmospheric kind of mod.
=>
Book Jackets & rotateI've included the jackets in the update and while do the rotation doesn't fit into this all it is included on the page of the Book Jacket downloads so meh...people can download if they want to, lol.
=>
Key replacerAdded onto the list

LGNPCAgree with you again.
