How on earth do I add keywords to items? I'm trying to do so under the 'linked ref' bit (the only part where it even seems possible to add keywords) and though keywords appear, the PARTICULAR keywords I'm looking for are not on the list.

Looking at the hearthfire homes, seems that it perhaps should say "Locaton Ref type" instead of "keyword".
