Adding Light to Flora

So basically, I want to add a light source to a SI flora named Withering Moon (EditorID:DPodGlow02 / FormID:0001AEA2). I looked into how the http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=29735 was implemented. They used a token which added a torch that followed the creature. But since I'm not dealing with an actor/creature, I'm at a loss here. How would I go about doing this?

EDIT: The aforementioned flower already has a glow (presumably from the .NIF). I just want to expand on that glow so that the flower lights up its surroundings.
EDIT 2: I just noticed the http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1169276-how-do-i-make-a-creature-nif-emit-light/. Evidently I can only use items in the 'light' category and the light spell effect if I want to emit light. But how?

Nevermind. I got it to work by applying Arkngt and The Filthy Spaniard's Shining Creature script directly to the Flora object and changing a few variables.
