From the http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1418 files tab, you will need:
More Where That Came From ESP and Ad Tracks
(More_Where_That_Came_From_ESP_and_Ad_Tracks-1418.rar)and (assuming you're only using the 1 track pack)
Track Pack 1 - Part 1 of 2
(Track_Pack_1_-_Part_1_of_2-1418.rar)Track Pack 1 - Part 2 of 2
Track_Pack_1_-_Part_2_of_2-1418.rarThen,
Extract those files to your
C:\..\Fallout 3\Data folder, preserving the folder structure of the files.
Or, if you're like me, open C:\..\Fallout 3\Data in Windows Explorer, open the archives in http://www.7-zip.org/ and just drag and drop the files/folders from 7-zip to Windows explorer, answering "Yes" when prompted to overwrite folders.
This should extract everything to
C:\..\Fallout 3\Data\sound\songs\radio\GNRWhen you Launch the game, check the
GalaxyNewsRadio***[M].esp for the number of tracks you want, using either the Fallout Loader or the FOMM.
In this case you want
GalaxyNewsRadio20[M].espAnd that's about it.
