Adding an NG+ option

I've beaten Skyrim I don't know how many times. Completed every quest I've been able to find including the misc. quests. Early last year I got bored and decided to create a character and do the OI glitch to get him to 81. Since then there's been a whole new world of opportunities and fun that I can partake in. I've especially enjoyed my level 100 black smithing and enchanting. Building super powerful weapons and going bananas on all those who cross me. However, I can only enjoy my dragon bow so much as I've completed all the fun and action packed quests. I have another character but he's only level 30 and I'm just about done with all the fun quest lines.

Ideally I'd like to be able to play the game from the beginning with all of my stats, armor, and weapons since I don't have the ability early on in the game. A suggestion that I have is allowing for an NG+ option or a quest restart option. Something that allows you to keep your character stats, weapons, armor, and gold but allow you to replay the entire game from the beginning.

My theory is that ESO will occupy Bethesda's time for next couple of years. Anyone not looking to take part in the MMO could find endless enjoyment with Skyrim still if there was the ability to play the game again without having to start over their character.

ESO is not developed by Bethesda, Zenimax Online Studios is behind that game. Bethesda is busy at developing their unannounced game (which will probably be singleplayer like their previous games).

Anyway, Bethesda said they are done with Skyrim so don't expect any patches that add NG+ functionality (or any patches at all).

Thanks for the reply, but would you still enjoy an NG+ option to keep all of your current items and replay the game with them?

To be honest, I don't think I would bother using NG+ if it was there

If Bethesda could still be bothered to create new stuff for Skyrim, and they have made it extremely clear that they can't, a New Game Plus option would be far down the list. More desirable things include:

* An official patched or DLC version of "The Paarthurnax Dilemma", allowing you to resolve a quest that has angered a great many players.

* A hardcoe mode, allowing your player to face hunger, exhaustion, or (most important) hypothermia. I mean, everyone's saying how cold and harsh Skyrim is, but you can walk about it in your skivvies.

* Maybe a few marriable Khajiit or Bosmer characters, too.

* Any number of other items that longtime players have been requesting for the last two years.

Why not? Are you not interested in the game anymore?

I've played through the game at least 10 times now but I have one account on my PS3 which has a 81 character. I find that I'm still going through dungeons and on missions even without there being any quests. I can understand some people just might be burnt out on it, but if players could start over with the items they've accumulated over the course of their first play through, I think there could be some added life to the game.
