Adding weapons from a different mod to actor list?

Hey guys, I recently got a mod (project flintlock) that adds blunderbusses and (you guessed it) flintlock rifles to the game. They're reasonably powerful, and for gameplay/balance reasons, is like to add them to the list of weapons and ammo that can spawn with an npc (not make it all they spawn with, just a chance). There are different types of ammo (similar to enchanted bolts) , and want to make sure they spawn with only the standard one. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I have experience with the GECK for Fallout 3 and NV.
