Ok so I got the patch but I don't see any additional options in the game menu.
Can someone help me out here?

Any pictures of your menu? They could help...

go to multiplayer and in the drop down boxes there should be lots more options. if you cant see them then you most prob havnt got 1.9 loaded.

Check if Patch 1.9 is indeed installed.

Go to your Crysis 2 Folder > Bin 32 > Crysis2.exe

Right Click > Properties > Details

Look for product version, should be 1.9.0.0

Ok after checking the product version, I see that it's not 1.9.0.0. It's in fact 1.0.0.5858.
But I have installed the patch and every time I try to install it again, it tells me that it's currently updated.
