Hi,

I've been playing Skyrim since release and so far its absolutely amazing, however, one thing that bothers me is the first person camera height, by that I mean when in first person it seems my eyes are only at shoulder height. It's not a huge issue but I was wondering if its possible to change?

No in-game adjustment.
If you're on pc, give it a few weeks and someone may mod it for you.

On a similar note, does anybody else wish that the Skyrim "viewmodels" (the first person models showing your weapons equipped) were lower? At their current position, especially for maces, it appears as if your character runs around holding their weapons directly in front of them like an umbrella...or an ice cream cone.

I agree with the OP, the camera is too short. When I'm sneaking I feel like I am crawling on the ground.

Are you a Bosmer? They're short.

i realized today this is why I enjoy 3rd person so much. the fov is way too pushed in.

I think it has to do with your race. Nords are quite tall, so unless you're a Nord or a High Elf, you're supposed to be short.

Basically in first person I'm staring at the persons neck, in 3rd.....I'm taller than him.....WTF.
