I have the sharingan and uchiha clan mod and I wanted to adjust a spell from it. I even talked to the guy who made it and he told me which part to adjust. I do it and save but it doesnt work. Ive also tried a clean save. What do I do?

What exactly did you do to adjust the spell cost?

What did you change(please write it step by step) and what was your goal(I think changig spell costs as written in the topic)?
