Adoring fan mystery

I killed the Adoring fan... Joined the dark brotherhood and then bought that manor in Anvil and am waiting for the original owner to help me rid it of ghosts and I looked and saw the Adoring Fan talking to some lady.... How, wtf, alive, how....?
