I can imagine a quest whereby a NPC ask you to rescue another kidnapped NPC, once you're there, you will find the villain NPC trying to kill the kidnapped NPC for being just plain annoying. Then you are given a choice to kill the Adoring Kidnapped and gain + with the kidnapper, or rescue Adoring Kidnapped and get pestered for the rest of your life, until you kill him of course.

About Bosmer... I found that little rat Maglir equally annoying and that good for nothing Erthor you had to save for the Skingrad's Mage's Guild recommendation quest is one also. No coincidence I guess.

I don't hear the Complaining Fan as a Bosmer, though. I hear him as R. Lee Ermey. It's even better that way.

Adoring fan comes up and worships you, you tell him to bugger off, job done no need to deal with him. Maglir, on the other hand....thank God you had to kill him and there is no chance of the ironclad midget from hell returning.
