Adressing sub folders

Say, somebody reskins a cushion with a dds like SomeNew.dds in \textures and I like it and want to keep that pattern in my esp. I move it to my folder \textures\PRH\SomeNew.dds. Will the game absolutely not load that dds except with the \PRH?

I opened the same NIF with Niftexture, Nifskope and Blender, Niftexture and Nifskope both called the image TGA, but Blender called it DDS. The actual files were DDS. I could have been looking at two version of NIF, but I checked for that. Still modding is multitasking to the nines. What was that about?

ooops spelled the title wrong :whistling:

Yea im pretty sure the path has to be the same.

Good, if your guna use someone elses textures in our own mod (assuming you have their permission, etc) and you want to release the mod, you'll have to package it with the textures existing folders, from the original modders.

This reply is brought to you by someone who has zero knowledge about changing, making or editing meshes/textures, but who does have plenty of experience using others people pretty stuff :D

I've been opening those in Nifskope and moving the links to my folder, I am not naturally organized so having a few folders is best though time consuming. I check the read me, so many people grant permission.
