Would you prefer the devs to put all their time into answering questions or socializing with the gamers, or would you prefer them to put that time into polishing the game?

Everything that is shown/ said to you takes time from the developers. Even when they have a dedicated pulblic relations employees, they must talk to the developers & get information.

They will give what and when they can, because its all for the benefit of the game.
