Adventurer's Backpack

(http://download.fliggerty.com/download-55-1056 download or http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/43213/? download)

Version: 1.0
Requires: Morrowind, Tribunal and Bloodmoon

Description

Add 2 wearable backpacks to the game.

They both have a feather enchantment, and a script: when the backpacks are dropped and activated, you receive a bedroll, firekit and frying pan.
You will need these 3 items in your inventory to pack up an pick up the backpack again.

The back packs use the left pauldron slot and have moderate armour.

When asking Elone about Balmora for the first time, she will give you directions as well as a backpack.
Otherwise, you may purchase either backpacks from Arrile.

There is an alternate version where the backpacks have no enchantment or script, to use it, tick the Adventurer's backpack-simple.esp INSTEAD of Adventurer's backpack.esp in the Morrowind Launcher.

Mod cleaned with tes3cmd

Install

Unzip in your Data Folder.
Either tick adventurer's backpack.esp (enchanted and scripted backpacks) OR adventurer's backpack-simple.esp (no enchantment nor script) in the Morrowind launcher.

Adventurer's backpack.esp must be loaded BEFORE NoM (if you have it).

Uninstall

Unless you have MCA and Nom, you want to delete the files specified in document 'Adventurer's backpack log'.

Incompatibility

None, the mod adds a unique container to Arrile's storage but does not modify anything in the cell.
One line of dialogue (Elone's, on Balmora) has been slightly modified.

Wow, I didn't expect so many features. I love that Elone gives the player a backpack.

Thanks for this neat mod, Danae! Now, get back to playing!

Get back to playing... the curse of modders, mine at least, the more I play, the more ideas I get, and since implementing ideas takes more time...

Anyhow, thanks for your support :)

See, I never even get to the playing part. Because I start going through my large back log of mods to install and see if I want to use them and that leads to me tweaking them endlessly. Plus, I have a back log of mod ideas as well. A curse!
