Telling you would be less fun.
Obviously we would rather give you cryptic clues which you may not get.
Exactly the sort of thing we look forward to on this forum.
Seriously.

If you have multiple pairs of boots in your inventory and run around in goo they will still wear out/melt and you will automagically be protected by the next set. So if you had 5 pairs of boot and you gave one to a companion and the two of you dance around in toxic goo for a while you'll see your companion is getting hurt but you are not. Check your inventory and you may see that you are down to 2 boots left.

Although I'm sure by this point you are out of the toxic caves, so this is just information for when you go back.

I've completed FO1 moved on two FO2, but my laptop and OS were giving me hassle, so I've been given a PC and I've restarted both games, but I'll will be back to the caves this time round. FO2 I've started and left at the Trials Done ready to go save.

Above post (multi-quote seems outta my reach I press both but you know) Cryptic works :) Does make me more interested in the outcome :)

Should a chosen scientist ever look for work in Reno, they will be less lonely if they make the right choice.

Even if people can't figure out the cryptic answer it does have the benefit of them exercising their brain, for a while at least.

I'm guessing an extra Arm or I create a body double or an extra head, its gotta be an extra head, possible a shout to Hitchhikers Guide?

Its also amusing for us who know the answer to see the guesses....

A Hitchhiker's Guide refrence in a fallout game??!?

I can say with a complete lack of honesty; that has never happened!

Happy to keep guessing :) Hitchhikers was a super series! And not to bad a film either.

You have been exposed to so much toxic goo that your physical appearance has changed to:

A. Tri-pedial (Gain 3 extra action points that can only be used for movement)
B. Prehensile Tail (All attacks now use one less action point.)
C. SuperMutant (+1 Strength, +1 Endurance, -2 Charisma)
D. Ghoul (+100 Health, 100% Radiation Resistance, -1 Charisma)
E. The Vault Dweller from Part 1 (+50,000 XP)
F. Sonic the Hedgehog (Boy are you in the wrong game!!)

Thats a lot of options, pretty good that they have so many, LOL sonic, I don' thinkso. I like it dark and bloody :) D3 never to dark ;)
It'll be a while before I get there again, restarted FO1 on the PC, done with the laptop, started with a different variation of stats, kicking [censored], except those guys who are holding the BoS prisoner, little to much for my character at this point, that guy with the shotgun is a bad man :( Will have to go elsewhere work a couple of levels and then back for... in fact I'm doing the Glow in the meantime, get that Plasma on the go, nearly forgot what I was doing there, long day, work hard, need sugar! and caffine.
