hi
first time using DLC. When I load my last save game its where I walk to a gate and a general bursts in, has a chat, and then the game go's to credits.

So know I have downloaded Dead Money. I load my last save, walk towards the gate and it says I have picked up a radio signal and it shows up on my map. The only way out is thru the gate where I meet the general. I speak with him but it still go's to the end credits! How do I continue onto the next quest?

any advice please

Dead Money does not continue the story, it has never been said that it would. Load a save from before the final battle... you know where it tells you that there is no going back.
