Advise for a support-type character build?

Hi,

In my next playthrough I'll recruit a follower (Inigo) and make my character act as his support.

I'm mainly thinking of a mage supporter that applies buffs to Inigo and protects him from harm, as well as inflicts debuffs to opponents so that they can be defeated more easily.

I also want to avoid dealing direct damage; I see my character as an specialist who has focussed so much on support (i.e. alteration+illusion+restoration) that she never learnt anything else (melee, marksmanship, destruction, conjuration...).

I wish to somehow portray that she's excellent at reading the flow of the battle and reacting to it. I was thinking of giving her a slow time ability so that seeing what's going on and aiming her spells becomes easier. I was also considering a teleporting spell so that it's easy for her to be where she needs to be in order to help.

I'd like you to help me choose spell mods to make this playthrough possible, and any additional roleplaying ideas that you may have are also very welcome.

Interesting mods that I found so far:

Thanks in advance for any help!
