So i know that I am new to the forums but I have an issue in my Skyrim game

I tried to marry aela and before the wedding she just disappeared and now I cant find her anywhere..I have the companions quest active and her marker is just sitting in the same place and when I go to the frontier is just disappears. I really hope she isnt gone for good D: any suggestions?

I was a noob and saved before the wedding when she was gone..i still have the save but idk D: she wasnt even at the temple..just disappeared the day of lol D:

I guess i will just wait?

This bug apparently happens at random with some of the potential spouses in the game. The only way to fix it is may be to reload a previous save prior to asking her to marry you.

Sometimes waiting will work too (see below):

Maramal says to meet back "tomorrow, from dawn til dusk". Technically this is incorrect; if you first asked him to host the wedding at 1 a.m., he will conduct it at 11 p.m. that night. Simply try waiting some hours until Maramal begins his wedding dialogue.

so basicly aela is gone for good xD thats annoying

I mean i waited the entire day in the temple but she didnt show up and at the end of the day everyone was mad at me ..

the game did allow me to attempt to marry someone else..i tried that to see if aela would come back..but it didnt work ..her marker is by the giants near whiterun but when i go to the area there is nothing and when im on the frontier her marker disappears from the compass..

thats weird..she disappeared before the wedding and didnt even show up lol...i didnt think much of it because i thought it worse normal..so i have no saves now where she is present..

so i hope she reappears or i need to find someone else to marry lol xD
