Okay, I read in a thread recently that some people sent beings into Aetherius, which came back with some sort of stuff. What is this from, links, what kind of stuff are we talking, etc. etc.?
Visit to Aetherius occur even less frequently than to Oblivion, for the void is a long expanse and only the stars offer portal for aetherial travel, or the judicious use of magic. The expeditions of the Reman Dynasty and the Sun Birds of Alinor are the most famous attempts in our histories, and it is a cosmic irony that both of them were eventually dissolved for the same reason: the untenable expenditures required to reach magic by magicka. Their only legacy is the Royal Imperial Mananauts of the Elder Council and the great Orrery at Firsthold, whose spheres are made up of genuine celestial mineral gathered by travelers during the Merethic Era. - http://www.imperial-library.info/pge3/arena_supermundus.shtml
I couldn`t find anything better, so I gave him this link
Well, it's not a wiki and quite frankly the layout is age old, but the relevant link is right on top of the search.

Proweler will probably know what you mean.
And I tolerated the 120 second wait to post it too!
Why can I remember a quest involving a cave full of "naturally growing" Welkynd Stones?
A quest that involved simply finding them, picking up a journal and then getting four health potions as a reward. It was like some lame attempt to get a lore-centric quest in there
somewhere.Well. To be fair it does lends itself for some 'useful' conclusions. From this, the crystals growing in the Ayleid ruins and the magic crystals in Morrowind it could be assumed that magic crystallizes in an environment with allot of magic. Quite like making salt crystals.
