I already feel dumb for not being able to solve this myself.

I use Mature skins (natural) for females and UNPB; although the afflicted females bounce correctly, they all look like they've just had a Brazillian wax. The males' members from SOS don't match their bodies, either. I'm pretty sure I could patch this somehow, but I can't figure out where the NPCs are getting their body textures. So far, every other race works fine.

Anyone have a clue what I'm missing?

EDIT: I checked the original skyrim texture .bsa and found afflicted textures, but apparently no one has bothered to make appropriate afflicted texture replacers to match the mods I'm using. Too bad.
