While some of them are legit problems the most bunch are nothing seriously harmful to the game/console or your experience.
A lot of the people with problems come here post a rant and never come back to check if people know a solution to their problem, so if you have one, try going about it differently and reload previous saves before it happened, this usually solves many of the issues that appear with characters and other items or quests.

I've been playing since day-1 and, other then being asked to do a mission for faction A after already having done it for faction B, I've had almost zero issues. It was no more buggy than Fallout 3, Skyrim or Oblivion.
In fact I saw reviews blasting FONV for bugs that they had called 'no big problem' in FO3 and Oblivion.
