I'm using Perkus Maximus along with AFT. I usually change Lydia into a spellsword/full mage via AFT and teach her vanilla spells like healing, healing hands, and some destructive spells. The question I have is since PM changes these spells and adds new ones, can I continue to teach Lydia (or any vanilla follower or custom follower using the vanilla follower system for that matter) these new/changed spells? When i tried, AFT said it couldn't recognize the spell and that could lead to crashes/instability. I can live without having a mage companion along, but if it's safe to teach those spells to a follower, I'd like to be able to. Thanks.
