With the old nvidia 320 all work good (after a ini change... i don't remember wath)
with my new better VGA Asus 480 GTX games crash when loading

You must get rid of the old INI file (at least rename it or move it, if you think it contains something special), and the old video drivers. With Geforces particularly, you need to really flush out the old drivers with something like Driver Clean between cards. Ever since the release of the Geforce GTX 460, there have been reports of added game problems following driver updates, so something is out of whack betwwen the Gamebryo game engine, the newer Winoes versions, and Geforce drivers. It's particular bad in Fallout NV, in fact.

Before the installation of new VGA i have uninstalled all nvidia driver then re-installed with the CD...

I tried to delete the ini file. fallout added a new ini file but the game crash

i tried this solution

Open up the .ini file located in My Documents>My Games>Fallout 3. *Do not alter the one in the actual game directory labeled Fallout_Default_ini*
In the FALLOUT.ini find the line

bUseThreadedAI=0
change the 0 to a 1

then below it add the line
iNumHWThreads=2

But the game continue to crash...

Its an Asus card? Did you make sure to uninstall Gamer OSD and Smartdoctor? They have been known to cause the game to crash. (Also try to delete the .ini file again when you uninstall those programs)

In addition to the .ini file reset and getting rid of the Asus utilities, I hope your power supply is adequate for that video card.....the GTX 480 consumes quite a bit more power than a GT 320. Being that this is an Acer Aspire PC, I'm highly questioning the 500W power supply that comes with this system.

after uninstalling you must restart before reinstall your graphic driver..usually driver come with cd is too old, you can download new graphic driver if necessary..
and try to rename your fallout 3 folder and boot with clean save..

I have only downloaded the new VGA driver and changed the FALLOUT.ini file

bUseThreadedAI=1 (the original is 0)
and added this line: iNumHWThreads=2

and yet all works good!
