So here is a run down of what happened, about five or so days ago I was able to play about four hours or so of the game, then the game crashes, I tied to load it again and at the loading screen the game crashed, tried that again and the same thing happened, then I decided to start a new game because I could easily get back to the point I was at. The game was able to play the intro with no problem, but when I got to the loading screen it crashed again. I had to go to Singapore the next morning so i just thought I would bother with it later. I would like to play it tomorrow because nothing will be going on. Is anyone else having this problem, or know of a solution?

Yeah maybe they will move it, the mods are pretty good (but busy!)

Looks like you have Quadro video.
Not really strong enough for the game, you might get it running with careful settings...
The new nVidia drivers are not available for your configuration though, and they offer only beta driver (not WHQL) for Win7 64-bit.
So it's not a mainstream part!
Anyway, prep your machine carefully and you could get it to run.

Do you have an nVidia package installed now (with nVidia Control Panel) or are you using just the drivers Windows installs?
You can go to nVidia.com and try their automatic find-my-driver application.
Then set your nVidia Control Panel to all high-performance and application-controlled settings. (No forced AA, AF or vsync.)
Start the game with a minimum video preset, and of course no AA, AF or vsync.

Your video I'll bet will get really hot - blow it out, keep it cool (and well ventilated).
I recommend your native resolution with reduced settings for the best game experience.
(When the PC has crashed hard, data can be lost and programs damaged. I hope your FalloutNV is okay...)

Oh! And stay away from the playing cards - don't touch them, they're bugged!
My own crashing problems went away when all my cards went away, heheh...
