After Dead Money, I keep dying from poison.

Hi there!

OK so the main problem I have is that I can't seem to get past the final boss in Dead Money Elidjia or whats his name. After I kill him, the gates seem to not open so therefore I die from the explosion. I said no problem, I just activated TCL and TGM and tried to find my way up. Taking the elevator up doesn't port me to the fountain, instead into an appartment, I said no problem again (I saw on the fallout wiki page that this was a known bug), the problem is that I managed to get out of the DLC content, I finished the quest (via console command ofc), but I keep dying from something that appears to be poison and the only way to counter this is using the god mode command (tgm), otherwise I keep dying. Also I have no other saves other then 2 in which I already used TGM to be able to live but as soon as I disable gmod I slowly die.
Is there a way to deactivate this damage? Or maybe all poison damages alltogether? I really enjoy playing this game and I wouldn't want to start over just because of a bug and also playing with tgm on is no fun.

Thank you for reading.

Doesn't help, I think it has to do with the poison cloud on the streets in Sierra Maddre. I can't get to go away no matter how many antivenoms,rad-away,etc I use. Also I saw that this was a known bug but is there other way to get past it?
