please help me!

after a couple of matches, i have done more or less 3000 points. Then, when it is loading for the next match, i see that comntinue the same nunmber of points to upgade, but i have already done all of them! What is happening? Please, awnser!!!!

Its a known issue. If you do not manually leave a ranked server for any reason (disconnect, crash, etc) then you will lose ALL progress for the entire play session up to the point where you last manually left a game.

Also you probably already are playing in ranked games anyway but progress is not saved in unranked games.

The only advice I can give you is to manually leave the game/server every few games and then rejoin.

in unrunked servers u don′t get points?

because i have finished a game with a lot of points and still my points didn′t counted!

they wont in unranked servers.
if you want to keep points you have to use a ranked server.
