After Fallout 3; references to what happened between games

So, FO4 has been out a while, and we just got DLC announced. But my heart is still in many ways in the Capital Wasteland and the Mojave. Now, apart from the memories of Kellog set many decades back in the NCR, we got little news from the West outside that the Brotherhood is still kicking.

However, back in the CW we learn that effectively, rocks fall and everybody dies. Elder Lyons died soon after the game, and Sarah not too many years later (this really hurt), and after a run of crummy Elders, a teenage Maxson became the youngest Elder ever. He reabsorbed the Outcasts, and fixed relations with the West Coast Brotherhood. Rivet City may or may not exist anymore, if the reference to the Prydwen's power source coming from 'an aircraft carrier' is anything to go on, which would either mean a new settlement has strung up around the Purifier, or it is solely in Brotherhood control these days. We also know the CW is still troubled by raiders, even after a decade and the Lone Wanderer, as a BoS soldier on a terminal warns his wife/girlfriend to be careful when answering the door due to them.

Zimmer apparently survived the events of his quest, as he is seemingly recently missing as of FO4. Now, in one of the small DLC, it seems that the Mechanist is around, or someone else decided to become a 'super hero', maybe the kid from the settlement.

Of course, Doctor Li is still around, and we have Macready as a companion.

Did anyone else pick up an references as to what has occurred in the time between games? This is the stuff I got, but I'm trying to compile a list.
