After the final battle, where would you settle down?

My first playthrough, back before the DLCs came out, Archimedes(oddly female) was an NCR special operative. She had both Black Widow and Cerchez La Femme, which greatly influenced just *how* she served NCR. She would've chosen to live with the BoS and Veronica, if her responsibilities to the NCR (Col. Moore and appointing Hardin) hadn't necessitated destroying the bunker. Archimedes killed herself during the final battle with the Legate via drug overdose, using literally an entire playthrough's worth of gathered chems in one instant. She beat the Legate, led the NCR to victory, and then let her body destroy itself as repayment for destroying the only true home she would've chosen.

Anna was an independent citizen loyal to the NCR. She wound up completing Lonesome Road and no other DLC, then winning the battle for Hoover Dam by killing the Legate in TWO shots. She...likely would've settled with the Khans. Journeyed with them out of the Mojave.

Victoria was a mentally disturbed woman who wound up supporting the Legion because Vulpes was the first person she talked to after leaving OWB at lvl 21(She went in there at lvl 2). With her Marksman Carbine, Sonic Emitter, and Shishkebab, she won Hoover Dam for the Legion. I like to think she spent the rest of her days in the Big Empty, talking to herself and making bombs.

Ashley was a covert Circle of Steel member who won New Vegas under her rule. She was truly unstoppable. She settled down in the Lucky 38, watching over the city for the brotherhood.

X bloodthirsty warmonger evil genius Legion first playthrough : He will settle down after buning down shady sands in a fortified villa he builds on a small island of the coast of southern california cultivated with plants from vault 22 with .50 caliber browning M2s on the walls around it with an underground vault for survival under it. in his vault his nuka cola collection armors and weapons . He will raise a family with the hotest female slave in the legion who he freed and maried. He will raise his son to take his place in the Legion and Grandma and raul will live there.

-X oposite of above doctor heavy wepons explosives and unarmed NCR: He will settle down outside of flagstaff picking off legion patrolls because the NCR would not support him due to the fact they were allready spread out and boone would be there helping him he would only take with him his armor and weapons.

80085 crazy indipendant: She would settle down never but would live out the rest of her days killing everyone but BOS and apocolypse MDs canabalizing people drinking out of toilets and eating sand

Face silvertounged womanizing suit wearing Vegas crimelord with a Mysterious magnum house: He will spend his days in the lucky 38 with cass admireing his suit collection:Benny,Dean,Kimbal,Mortimer and big sal and polishing his mysterious Magnum

Post completion: Either get settled among the Boomers or move to Novac and take over Lady Gibson's garage when she passes. Both are defensible in very different ways and comfortably close to others.

Probably keep my room at the Novac hotel but visit Marcus in Jacobstown during the hottest part of the summer.

Marcellus, the Legion Frumentarius, wouldn't settle down. He'd keep fighting until he's dead, old, or injured. If he was injured during the Battle, then I'd say he live at Wolfhorn Ranch.

Samuel Loch, a very stupid Powder Ganger and Boomer, would probably settle down at Nellis, helping his Boomer friends

Finally, there's the tough NCR Courier who would settle down in NoVac.

Elvis will likely settle down in Freeside or the Strip. He did always like Gomorrah.

Borgia Manus would join Caesar's Legion and travel until death.

"Barbie" would settle in the Lucky 38 as Mr House's right hand man.

Stannis will join back with the NCR.

Just thought I'd toss in that I recently did a playthrough of Old World Blues, and I'd forgotten that the ending slides tell you a bit about the canon Courier.

The canon Courier guards the Big Empty "for years to come." Doesn't really imply he settled down there and never left, but one can assume he stays in the general area of the Mojave, if that's the case.

Ain't got time to settle down, still too much Wasteland to walk.

/sunglasses

In all seriousness though, goofy sci-fi camp aside it'd make a lot of sense for Sam to settle down in the Big Empty after all is said and done. There aren't really a lot of stellar science facilities to ply his considerable skills to.

However, Big Empty would get lonely with nothing but borderline psychotic machines and pvssyring brains, so he'd head back to Novac when it was all said and done, help the town prosper by showing them more high-value saluaging techniques and targets, and helping to maintain nearby HELIOS-One for the New California Republic.

Faction: Caesar's Legion

Since I always play female for CL, the only ending I could possibly conceive for my courier is to get married off to one of the highest ranking officers of the Legion (because I'm worth it) and having A KAGILLION BABIES! :disguise: Maybe trying some sort of reform system for women so they can be of some use other than baby factories, and trying to teach Eddie that first aid isn't so bad...but if that doesn't happen, I wouldn't mind a safe and domesticated life. :fallout:

I envision my female CL Courier winds up being the Legion's "go-to" girl when problems happen, and then lives a comfortable life as Eddie's left hand. After all, the only way to reconcile a female being crucial to the Legion's victory is to see her as either Minerva or a daughter of Minerva.

I imagine that a female courier assisting Legion could bring quite a bright future for the Wasteland. As the courier is a woman who can destroy the whole Legion single-handedly and I'm sure Eddie knows this, so she would have a lot of say on things, behind the scenes of course. There were many women in ancient Rome who controlled several Emperors as puppets and nothing happened without their consent, and somehow I think Eddie is a man who looks tough on the outside but in reality much softer.

Faction: NCR

I would settle at Camp Golf because its got everything; food, water, shelter and security. Though the last part is kind of optional because I can basically kill anything in the wasteland.

I guess I could see that (especially if the courier reminded him of his mother, he probably has a soft spot for mommy), but he would still call the shots and he's done so for a good long time and look at how it turned out! Caesar isn't a puppet, he's a freaking genius and doesn't really need anybody around to tell him what to do, he's just that awesome. He's made a few mistakes, but for the most part his nation is exactly what he wanted. Maybe the puppet thing would work with Lanius...but I think he'd be too vicious and sixist (according to Siri) to listen to a woman.

I'll settle in Goodsprings and continue to share Easy Pete's abode. Doc is nearby, Sunny and Trudy are good freinds, Easy Pete never plays grab ass with me even when he stumbles into the wrong bed. It's a simple life but I can get a little amusemant from target practice on giant rads and geckos. I will donate all my caps to the followers for them to do as much good as possible with. Veronica and ED-E will be at my side as long as they want to be.

My current Courier is gonna live in the Lucky 38 as the ruler of Vegas.

My legionnaire Courier would not settle down, she'd ask of Caesar to make the Legion a haven for mutants in order to gather allies and also to exploit their strengths their mutation gives them. Once convinced she'd travel across Legion's lands and make sure this rule is enforced.

My NCR Courier is gonna screw some prosttutes and die from an STD or an overdose while lying in the gutter.

And my greed Courier has already found his home for eternity, the Sierra Madre.
