After the Final Battle, who do you form a band with?

Post » Thu Dec 15, 2011 7:28 pm

Alright boys and girls! If you've played this game then you probably have made a great many connections across the mohjave wasteland. So after your battle at hoover who do you start a band with? Tough calls to make.

My band is called Cazador Love Nest ...

Craig Boone ... Lead Guitar
Rooster Smith ... Bass
The King ... Vocals
Sunny Smiles ... Drums
ED-E ... Auto Tune back up Vocals
Arcade Gannon ... The Flute ( You know what kind of Flute ... )

Jack on guitar
Cliff briscoe on bass
Doc Mitch on drums

Dammit! I forgot about yes man! I can't belive you grabbed him up before I could. And I knew he would have said yes, because he's programmed never to say no...

Darn it! Oh well, killer line up bud.

You need a name though! May I suggest ...

Yes Man and the Chem Fiends?

Goodsprings Clearwater Revival?

Empty Stimpack?

Rebreather?

As long as the band doesn't play night club music, I'll be fine with it. Had to sit through hours of that garbage at my Brother's wedding reception on Sunday....

Wanted to punch the DJ in the face. Kind of wanted to punch my brother/ sister in law for their atrocious taste in music.

Just recorded the last song on Cazador Love Nest's first alblum, "I just made to a robot and I can't feel my legs."

Here's the tack list. Look for it on holotape.

1. I just made love to a Robot and I can't feel my legs ( title track )
2. What will we tell our Children about Bitter Springs?
3. I caught a bullet to the brain and all I got was this Vault 21 jumpsuit
4. Never Go to Black Mountain!!!
5. I want to talk about something else/Goodbye
6. Ross of Sharon Cassidy ( featuring Cris Brown )
7. That's not the kind of implant I was hoping for ...
8. She was wearing Power Armour but she was wearing it well
9. Night Kin Moves
10. I could lose the weight, but your gonna be a Ghoul for the rest of your life.
11. I'll never had any friends later on than I did when I was level 12. Jesus, Does anyone?

Darn it! How did I not think of that? Big Iron would have been the perfect name!

Cazador's love nest only plays Punk Rock/ Jam Band music, but if you don't like the night club stuff, don't buy anything from the boy band I started with Raul Tejada. It's all techno stuff and nobody ever wears shirts.

Big Iron sounds like the name of a black metal band.

Na, black metal bands have some name you can't really pronounce or spell right and has something to do with death, disease and the burning of churches.

Btw Rooster Smith, best song names ever! 1 and 5 are my favorite tracks.

Thanks Savage, look for it on Holotape...

We're doing the Tops this weekend, 2 shows.

Then we're doing the second floor of the building across the street from Mick ande Ralphs. BTW, you ever notice there are no street names in fallout? How do those people get their mail?

Band name...

Flying Gecko Fire Brigade

Because when bored in the desert, nothing says 'good times' like pumping fire geckos full of jet and watching them freak out.

Playlist includes:

1. Bitter tears springing for you.

2. My bowels lost their function in Quarry Junction.

3. Cazadore kisses

4. Gun jamming

5. The world is a smoking crater and I can't light a cigarette.

6. Your glow warms my heart, but burns my skin.

7. Meltdown

8. Falling to pieces together. (ghoul love song)

9. I like you better dipped in barbeque sauce.

10. Whiskey wishes and Pork-N-Bean dreams.

Bleh... I am no good at this.

"Your glow warms my heart, but burns my skin" Is probably one of the best things I've ever heard.

Also Rooster, watch Stand by Me recently? Hahaha

Yeah I love that movie. I think I botched the quote though...

I think I saw the flying Geckos in Primm. Whisky Wishes was awesome. But then the new Sherriff busted the gig. Man, why'd they go and accept NCR law? Some people will do anything to feel safe ...

Searchlight?

I think I would recruit The Sink appliances for my band, and name it I Sing the Body Electric. The music would be rather diverse in styles.

The first album would include the following:

1) I Commies Fed Me Paper Clips- by Book Chute

2) Seeding You Softly- by the Biological Research Station.

3) Mug-a-mug- Lullaby by Muggy.

4) When You Switch Me On (I Make You Smart)- By Light Switch 01

5) Death Ray For Christmas - heavy metal song by Toaster.

6) Mad Science Blues- A Jimmy Hendrix-style psychodelic rock song by Blind Diode Jefferson

7) No Lips On My Faucet- by The Sink

8) Stitch You Up (Good As New)- A country song by the Sink AutoDoc

9) Don't Push Her Buttons- By Light Switch 02

10) A Rapturous Good Morrow- By the Sink Central Intelligence Unit

A drunk spoken word trifecta performed with Mr. House and a reprogrammed Yes-Man, simply called "We Rule You" in which slanderous things are said about high-ranking members of the NCR and Legion. It was immediately reviewed by a nearby incinerator, after Raul Tejada was told to have it sent to Kimball and whoever's leading the Legion now that Lanius, Caesar, and Vulpes are all ashes.

Also, the 'album' included a horribly slurred and slightly re-worded cover of 'light up the night' by the Protomen.
