Aggravating

Hello.
I am about to rant so, if you don't like rants don't read this.
I have been playing BRINK since it came out. I have to say it is a good game, but i have reasons why i break my controllers to it.
First reason is that 80% of the players I actually play with have no skill or are really laggy. I am not trying to offend anybody, but sometimes when I am trying to hack I die and look at my teamates running in circles, jumping around, and not doing the main objective.
My second reason is that the AI is way to hard for the difficult setting. I mean I put my setting to normal, but it feels like LEGENDARY X5000.( I know there is no legendary setting. I am just using that as a example of how hard it is(thats what she said.))
My final reason is that attacking is WAY TO HARD. I forgot what the map was called, but you have to do something with the missile coordinates. That level is almost impossible to do. Every time I put down a turret it does absolutely nothing, and i die in like 3 shots. Plus hacking takes forever, especially if your the only one hacking, because nobody likes to do the objective.
I don't know. These are some things I would like to see improved. BRINK is one of my favorite games so don't get me wrong. I like it, but I think multiplayer could be improved.
P.S. Lag is ridiculous

Take the time to level up, get to know the maps and try to play with friends or with people with mics.
I know - it was tough for me to get into the game after a day of failing. But once I got on with people with a strong character, I realized that I should watch the back of my A.I. who was completing an objective and to always stick with my team. And also, set up turrets near objectives. Enemy A.I. will go for that before you (mostly).
Good luck!

Yea, definitely use the turrets to secure your objectives if you're an Engineer.
It is an effective distraction for enemy players and gives your team more time to complete hacks/charges/etc...
I always thought the light turret was pretty useless because of the poor targeting and range.
But, you can still deploy them near entry points with mines to detour or slow down enemies.

I completed the game on hard within 3 days. It can be a bit of a challenge at times but thats when you learn to adapt and change up your tactics. The game gives you plenty of options and ways to complete objectives...you just have to be creative enough to turn the tide in your favor. As far as having teamwork...that may take some time as most players are getting use to the maps and the gameplay. I suspect in a week or so the teamwork issue will be at a minimum, every multiplayer game goes thru that around the time of its release.

The map is 'Shipyard' and the Security campaign mission is "Early Launch". It's totally broken. See the thread here: http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1193750-early-launch-mission-is-virtually-impossible/
