Agile Combat

Dodge bonus for light clothing like in PAYDAY 2? If not by default, perhaps with the L 06 Agility perk or the L 10 Luck perk.

Doing my first playthrough of Fallout 3 with Pre-War Business Suit and a BoS Outcast helmet like a boss.

Could be pretty nice. Dodge in PAYDAY 2 allows for crazy moments where a player runs around a map to revive someone and saves the entire match without going down.
The question is...why risk? What's there for people who like to be agile? My guess is melee weapons and close ranged combat, I hope we get some way to go around in murder sprees just like how I mow down SWAT teams with dodge+locomotive.

Well it looks like there will be an evade perk in FO4. I am very excited about this perk. I would love to dive out of the way at the last second right before a super mutant bashes my head in with a fire hydrant. I am hoping that this doesn't make the game too easy when fighting enemies without ranged attacks though.

Is no one going to touch that power armor helmets and power armor itself are not the same as they were?

At the very least I've always been a light armor type of player. I also enjoy playing dress up with my characters and often switch outfits. The fact that this time around power armor is much more of a vehicle means that I will use it more as I would a vehicle.. meaning that it might come in handy at times but I don't have to stay in it. I can basically "park" it, get out and still be wearing whatever armor/clothing I want to wear.
