so i just found out that m'aiq the liar is in morrowind along with oblivion and skyrim and each game is roughly about 200 years apart so that makes him like 600 years old possibly more, i wanna know is he a vampire like blade or is he somthing else...

if you speak to maiq, one of his comments is" maiq's father was also called maiq, and his fathers father" or something along those lines, so the maiq in skyrim is a descendant of the other maiq's

Morrowind and Oblivion are only 6 years apart.

There are only a few years between the events of TES III and TES IV so it's likely the same person in each. As for TES V, he's a descendent.
