M'aiqs hints towards TES VI.

"M'aiq had seen a dragon. Perhaps you will see one too. I won't tell where I seen a dragon. Perhaps I have not."

Those were the wise words of mighty M'aiq that may or may not hinted towards the existance of Skyrim. Perhaps M'aiq had said something in Skyrim that could hint towards the next game? So, in your humble opinion, which M'aiq quote do you think is hinting towards a new Elder Scrolls game and why?

I was always under the impression that Maiq was referring to the
Spoiler
end of the Main Quest in Oblivion
with that quote, not Skyrim.

Which was why I said that quote May or may not hinted towards Skyrim. It's really up to people's view of what that quote meant.

Okay, fair enough.

Well, looking at his quotes in Skyrim, I don't see anything that could be a reference to TES VI. They just all seem like rebuttals from the Dev team regarding various topics brought up by the fans, just like the majority of his quotes from Morrowind and Oblivion were.

M'aiq wasn't.

Development on Skyrim didn't start until 2007. Oblivion was released in 2006, and that was one of his original quotes. It's doubtful that gamesas planned any part of the Main Quest for Skyrim, or even where the game would take place, before development started.
