Air Island

hey this is my first mod that I am putting on this forum, and probably the last one I am making for Oblivion
I haven't made any quest for it yet, but I am working on it, and I already have the basics of it done
if you want to see what I have done just click http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=29912

Wow! That is pretty impressive work! I can't tell from the screenshots but do you have bottoms on all the floating rocks? Its going to be really immersion breaking if theres just big blank spots where you can see through everything above. Other than that it looks awesome and I can't wait to see what it looks like when populated.

Good job !
IMO you should add some kind of cloud effect to the island, Floating rocks look a bit weird

thanks for the comment, yes I had to go in for like 15 different models of rocks and put the bottoms on them
and I tried the cloud effect, but it kinda block your view of the island and I didn't like it
btw if you want to help with this mod I will gladly accept, the main things I need is an oblivion plane and a pretty big dungeon (I think I can do the dungeon on my own though)

Wow, that is gorgeous. Like the Swiss Family Robinson was marooned in midair or something... cluttered and disordered, it looks as if someone was really trying to live there, and like there are a lot of secrets to be discovered.

This is honestly the first "island-in-the-sky" type mod I've seen that I really liked, visually. I hope you're as good a quest writer as you are a builder!

Props on the good work, mate. I eagerly look forward to this mod's development.

thanks I like the Swiss family Robinson in mid-air, and I did make a guy living there, He is the master of alteration (how else would he get all those rocks in the sky) and for my quest for it, it involves storming a castle, getting an ancient crystal out of a heavily trapped alyied ruin where the dead walk, and getting something from Oblivion, where you will meet the master of destruction
and along the way you meet a few friends

didn't you notice the waterfall? and I tried to add roots and stuff to it
and so far I don't think I actually have any compatibility issues, except with my character that actually hires the player

Looks really great... but I think I'll wait until you've finished the quest before I download it. I'd like to have a complete mod, not just half of it. :D
