I am playing Fallout now for 1 Hour and 38 Minutes in game time! But i haven't played it for 4 weeks because of this:

I'm at the mission: Airship Down and i have to destroy 3 things by completing the mission. I have 2 but the third one is in a tower.. I cant come up there because: the elevator is missing!! Does anyone know how i get up there with no elevator? i quess not. I am playing on the PS4 so no command for me. Can you guys fix this bug? I really appreciate it if you can.

Can anyone please help me?
