AIWander, the function is very confusing.

I've been researching (as in using the AIWander command with varying values over and over and over again) the behavior of AIWander for the past few weeks and I have it pretty much all sorted out and working in OpenMW but there are two parameters I cannot understand no matter what I put into them, the duration and timeofday parameters.

The UESP and MWSFD are both unsure as well and what little they said has been... well... not exactly correct but I can't say for sure. I'm wondering if there is anyone out there who can possibly help me by giving me a lead as to what duration and timeofday could be.
