Akavir Map Idea

Post » Thu Jul 07, 2011 5:01 pm

So my map idea for when we are gonna play in Akavir

The Map Should have a shape of a Dragon(Since it's Homeland of the Dragons)

On The Head of the Dragon(The Head should look monkey-ish with a dragonhead mixed) And there would be the Home of the Tang Mo

The Tail should be the home of the Tsaesci (With the form of a Snake)

Above the Head should be a Island and that could be the home of the Kamals(Snow Demons)

The body of the Dragon should be the home of the Ka-Po-Tun(Tiger Dragon Empire)

The Wings are the homes of the Akavirian Humans

The Feets & The Horns Home of (Think of a good race and name it)

That's my idea for a Akavir map

Do you like it ???

What's your idea ???

I think it would be kind of a stretch for Akavir to be shaped like a dragon...just saying, that seems kind of unrealistic. I'm not saying a landmass being shaped like an animal (Africa is shaped like an Elephant's head) is unrealistic, but an entire dragon? Either a really powerful wizard wanted to get in touch with their artistic side or that's just an extremely crazy coincidence.

Also I'm pretty certain that Akavir doesn't have any humans. The Tsaeci (or however it's spelled) ate them, I believe.

Personally I'd rather the land mass looked like a normal land mass, and be divided into four via man-made boundaries.

Not like a whole Dragon the Head should look Monkey-ish a little bit but not too much that is the place where the Monkey Race should live

the tail in form of a Giant Snake with some small islands...

Not everything needs to be realistic as possible & if you look at the tamriel map doesn't that look a little bit like a animal ???

still i like it

No, I think it's stupid. The continent should not transform itself to fit the style of a creature that lives on it and happens to be popular among fantasy fans.
